Our entire patisserie range is made for us in France using traditional methods, then proved overnight and baked first thing in the morning to ensure maximum freshness and flavour. It is made only using the finest French butters to ensure it tastes and looks fantastic and includes exclusive recipes from the world famous House of Le Notre.
